We collect business identifiers necessary to facilitate the "Bridge" infrastructure. This includes your public business name, email, contact phone, and public gateway identifiers (such as Merchant IDs or public API keys).
2. Security of Credentials
CRITICAL: exuspay does not store or request your private account passwords, PINs, or secondary security codes.
All sensitive identifiers you provide for your payout accounts are handled via secure, encrypted server-side protocols. Our system is designed to trigger "handshakes" with your chosen provider without ever accessing your funds directly.
3. How We Use Data
Your data is used solely to generate payment prompts and QR posters for your customers. We analyze transaction counts only to provide you with the AI Performance Summary and to verify your platform subscription status.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We share necessary public identifiers with global and regional payment providers only when a payment session is initiated by your customer. We do not sell vendor data to any third-party marketing firms.

You may request account deletion or data exports at any time by contacting our support team at support@nexusedge.uk.
6. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely and exclusively responsible for the Smart Links and QR posters they generate and distribute to their customers.
exuspay provides the technical bridge to facilitate payment initiation. However, the responsibility for managing customer interactions, ensuring the correct link is provided for the intended transaction, and final verification of payment receipt within your chosen gateway rests entirely with the vendor.
