1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using exuspay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. exuspay is a technology provider that offers a "Bridge" layer for payment routing.
2. Service Description
exuspay provides a professional frontend for payment collection. We do not act as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or a Bank. We do not hold, manage, or clear vendor funds. All financial settlement occurs between you and your registered payment gateway provider.
3. Fees and Billing
Zero Commission Policy: exuspay does not take any percentage of your sales volume.
Vendors agree to pay a flat monthly platform access fee. This fee must be cleared to keep your Smart Links and QR posters active. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in a temporary "Bridge Interrupted" message on your customer-facing pages.
4. User Responsibilities & Payouts
You are solely responsible for the Smart Links and QR posters you generate through exuspay.
This includes the accuracy of the API keys and Merchant IDs you provide, the distribution of links to your customers, and the verification of all incoming payments from your customers. exuspay is not liable for transactions that are failed, misrouted, or disputed due to vendor error, incorrect credentials, or link misuse. You must ensure your business activities comply with the laws of your operating region.
5. Limitation of Liability
exuspay acts as a technology bridge. We are not responsible for the uptime, compliance, or payout performance of third-party gateways (e.g. PayPal, Paystack, Selcom). The vendor assumes all risk associated with customer payments initiated through the platform.
